SHIPPING POLICY

At Abee's Home Spa, we are committed to delivering your order to you in the quickest and safest way possible. We ship our all-natural spa products using reliable carriers and offer free shipping for orders over $50. If your order is below $50, we charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Abee's Home Spa. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that we can only accept returns or exchanges for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate a return or exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges of damaged or defective products.
